About Me

Hi, and welcome to my blog! I’m Shawna. I live in a small town in Eastern Ontario with my two beautiful boys, and hard working husband. Our dog, Teller, is our best friend and has been our loyal companion for 6 years. I grew up in Montreal, where I studied Youth and Adult Correctional Intervention, but decided to move to Ontario in my early twenties. I graduated from the Social Service Worker program in 2010 and spent many years working in group homes and daycares. I have recently gone back to school and will soon be a graduate of the Social Media program.

My blog is all about my journey as a mom and a wife. I will share my favourite recipes, adventures with my boys, and life’s ups and downs. I will blog about my experiences, and tips and tricks about potty training, sleep coaching, the “Terrible Two’s” (Who are we kidding… those are nothing compared to the three’s) and just about everything a mom can run into on a daily basis raising kids and managing a household! It’s not an easy job, and I am here to help as much as I can. I am not a doctor, nor an expert, but I sure do have a lot of experience!
